Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General Provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (hereinafter, the “Personal Data Law”) and sets out the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data by Limited Liability Company “Geodetic Company FUTURE” (LLC “GEOFUTURE”) (Primary State Registration Number (OGRN) 1145042001917, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 5042132488, registered address: 4 Gorkogo Street, Krasnozavodsk, Sergiev Posad Urban District, Moscow Region, 141321, Russian Federation) (hereinafter, the “Operator”).

1.1. The Operator considers respect for human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including protection of the rights to privacy and personal and family confidentiality, to be one of the principal objectives and conditions of its activities.

1.2. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://geofuture.ru.

2. Key Terms and Definitions

2.1. Automated processing of personal data means the processing of personal data using computer technology.

2.2. Blocking of personal data means the temporary suspension of personal data processing (except where processing is necessary to clarify the personal data).

2.3. Website means the collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases, that make them available on the Internet at https://geofuture.ru.

2.4. Personal data information system means a set of personal data contained in databases and the information technologies and technical means used to process such data.

2.5. Depersonalization of personal data means actions as a result of which it is impossible, without the use of additional information, to determine whether personal data relates to a particular User or another personal data subject.

2.6. Processing of personal data means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed on personal data, with or without the use of automated means, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

2.7. Operator means a state authority, municipal authority, legal entity or individual that, independently or jointly with other persons, organizes and/or carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes of personal data processing, the personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) performed on personal data.

2.8. Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable User of the website https://geofuture.ru.

2.9. Personal data authorized by the personal data subject for distribution means personal data to which an unlimited number of persons have been granted access by the personal data subject by giving consent to the processing of personal data authorized for distribution in accordance with the procedure established by the Personal Data Law (hereinafter, “personal data authorized for distribution”).

2.10. User means any visitor to the website https://geofuture.ru.

2.11. Provision of personal data means actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.

2.12. Distribution of personal data means any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including publication of personal data in the mass media, posting it on information and telecommunications networks, or otherwise providing access to personal data.

2.13. Cross-border transfer of personal data means the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity.

2.14. Destruction of personal data means any actions as a result of which personal data is irreversibly destroyed so that its content cannot subsequently be restored in the personal data information system and/or physical media containing personal data are destroyed.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The Operator processes Users’ personal data for the following purposes:

• Identification of the User when using the Website and receiving services;
• Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information relating to the use of the Website;
• Performance of contractual obligations and provision of services at the User’s request;
• Improvement of service quality and development of the Website;
• Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• The Website also collects and processes visitor data, including through cookies, in order to improve the operation of the Website;
• The information specified in this section is processed only to the extent necessary to achieve the relevant processing purposes.

4. Categories of Personal Data Processed

In connection with use of the Website and provision of services, the Operator may process the following personal data and technical information relating to Users:

• Last name, first name, patronymic (full name);
• Mobile telephone number;
• Email address;
• IP address;
• Information contained in cookies;
• Information about the browser, device type, and operating system;
• Information about the User’s actions on the Website, including pages visited, time of visit, and the source from which the User accessed the Website.

5. Legal Grounds for Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed on the following grounds:

• Consent of the personal data subject;
• A contract to which the personal data subject is a party;
• Requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
• The Operator processes personal data provided independently by the User through forms on the Website, as well as data automatically obtained when the Website is used, in the cases and to the extent provided for by this Policy. Where consent is the legal basis for processing, consent to personal data processing is obtained separately from other information and documents in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Procedure and Conditions for Personal Data Processing

6.1. The Operator obtains personal data directly from the User through forms on the Website and also automatically receives technical information when the User uses the Website, including through cookies and a web analytics service.

6.2. Where processing is based on consent, the User provides voluntary, specific, substantive, informed, conscious, and unambiguous consent to personal data processing by means of a separate action (including selecting the relevant checkbox) that makes it possible to confirm that consent was obtained.

6.3. The User may withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time by sending a written request to the Operator at info@geofuture.ru with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing”.

6.4. The Operator processes personal data using legal, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect the data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions.

7. Personal Data Retention Periods

7.1. Personal data is processed and stored no longer than required for the purposes for which it is processed, unless another retention period is established by federal law, a contract, or another ground provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.2. Personal data processing is terminated when the processing purposes have been achieved, when the need to achieve such purposes no longer exists, when consent expires, or when the personal data subject withdraws consent to processing, unless there are other grounds under the legislation of the Russian Federation for continuing the processing.

7.3. When the purpose of personal data processing has been achieved, or consent has been withdrawn and retention of personal data is no longer required and there are no other lawful grounds for processing, the personal data is destroyed within the time limits and in accordance with the procedure established by Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

8. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

8.1. The User’s personal data is not transferred to third parties without a lawful basis. Personal data may be transferred or provided in cases prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, with the consent of the personal data subject, or where necessary for the performance of a contract or achievement of the stated processing purpose, provided that an appropriate legal basis exists.

8.2. When engaging persons to process personal data on the Operator’s instructions, the Operator ensures that confidentiality and personal data security requirements and other mandatory conditions are established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

9. Principal Rights and Obligations of the Operator

9.1. The Operator has the right to:

• obtain accurate information and/or documents containing personal data from the personal data subject;
• where the personal data subject withdraws consent to personal data processing or submits a request to cease personal data processing, continue processing personal data without the subject’s consent where grounds specified in the Personal Data Law exist;
• independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to fulfil the obligations established by the Personal Data Law and regulations adopted pursuant to it, unless otherwise provided by the Personal Data Law or other federal laws.

9.2. The Operator is obliged to:

• provide the personal data subject, at the subject’s request, with information concerning the processing of their personal data;
• organize personal data processing in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation;
• respond to requests and inquiries from personal data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Law;
• provide the competent authority for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, upon its request, with the necessary information within 10 days from the date of receipt of such request;
• publish or otherwise provide unrestricted access to this Personal Data Processing Policy;
• take legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, and other unlawful actions involving personal data;
• cease the transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data, cease processing, and destroy personal data in the manner and cases provided for by the Personal Data Law;
• perform other obligations provided for by the Personal Data Law.

10. Rights and Obligations of Users

10.1. The User has the right to:

• Obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
• Request clarification, blocking, or deletion of their data in cases provided for by law;
• Withdraw consent to personal data processing;
• Lodge a complaint with the competent authority (Roskomnadzor, the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media) regarding a violation of their rights;
• Exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

10.2. The User is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date personal data.

11. Principles of Personal Data Processing

11.1. Personal data is processed lawfully and fairly.

11.2. Personal data processing is limited to the achievement of specific, predetermined, and lawful purposes. Personal data may not be processed in a manner incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected.

11.3. Databases containing personal data processed for mutually incompatible purposes may not be combined.

11.4. Only personal data that is relevant to the purposes of its processing may be processed.

11.5. The content and volume of personal data processed correspond to the stated processing purposes. The personal data processed must not be excessive in relation to the stated processing purposes.

11.6. When personal data is processed, its accuracy, sufficiency, and, where necessary, relevance to the purposes of processing are ensured. The Operator takes or ensures that necessary measures are taken to delete or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data.

11.7. Personal data is stored in a form that permits identification of the personal data subject no longer than required for the purposes of personal data processing, unless a retention period is established by federal law or by a contract to which the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor. Personal data being processed is destroyed or depersonalized once the processing purposes have been achieved or the need to achieve those purposes no longer exists, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

12. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

12.1. The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfers of personal data.

12.2. Users’ personal data is not transferred to the territory of foreign states to foreign state authorities, foreign individuals, or foreign legal entities.

12.3. If it becomes necessary to carry out a cross-border transfer of personal data, before commencing such transfer the Operator shall ensure compliance with the requirements of Article 12 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
