Geotechnical monitoring and inspection of buildings and structures

Geotechnical monitoring must be carried out in the process of performing the following main tasks:

• in the process of arrangement, pile foundations, which are located near existing facilities;
• if there is settlement of buildings in the construction area
  for structures and structures located in seismically hazardous areas;
• when digging deep pits;
• if it is necessary to measure the movements of retaining walls and surrounding structures;
• during the construction of tunnels (observations are carried out both in the tunnel and on the surface above it).

Geotechnical monitoring of building structures

For continuous monitoring, we use a special system consisting of installing special sensors in vulnerable areas, the task of which is to transmit data to the central unit. By analyzing historical information about the operation of the structure, the system warns the user of possible dangers.
